At times I have been able to find children's clothing at rock bottom prices at local retailers.  These finds have usually been happenstance.  I would be walking around a store letting the kids run amok when suddenly a wild clearance rack would appear.  Pants and shirts for $1 is something I simply cannot pass up.  Nevertheless, I would prefer to go online and find information about local stores having closeouts.  It would be wonderful to search for deals and know I wouldn't have to drive around looking for wild happenstance.  I do not have a smart phone but there really should be an app for that.  If anyone knows of a one stop shop for local closeout sales, please let me know.  If one does not exist, please build one.
