I am pretty discouraged about my recent weight gain. I am too scared to step on the scale, but my tummy is really chubby and I seem to have gone up at least a whole pants size. Bummer!
I can't think of why the weight is coming on, but I can't get any larger. I had my thyroid levels checked, and they are normal.
Why would a person randomly put on weight, and what should I do?
Any advice/tips/ideas?
