Basically, I've been vegetarian for 15 years and mostly vegan recently, but i'm teetering on being underweight and I'm still waiting for my cycles to return at 18 months (I'm still Breastfeeding and last time it took 27 months for my cycles to return). Any ideas on how I can remedy this?

I'm reading full fat dairy is good, but then reading dairy-free is best but I need to add meat in. I won't do raw dairy, but I would be willing to make other changes if sufficient evidence exists.
