Hi Momma's! Until yesterday my EDD was February 12th, came & went with no baby and since we have had no ultrasounds thus far my midwife suggested we go for a scan to get an accurate dating and buy us more time for my home birth plans.
Baby is only measuring 38 weeks 5 days with a new EDD of March 3rd, ah!
So I have at least a week or so longer and can stop my wishful thinking that labor is starting any moment...
My question for the experienced moms out there: is there anything you did prior to labor that made postpartum just WAY easier? (freezing meals, etc?) Is there anything you spent time doing before the birth that REALLY helped you during labor/delivery (breathing techniques, etc?). I want to keep myself busy during these last days and take advantage of the extra time to get myself as prepared as possible for a successful home birth :)
Thank you all so much in advance!!
