My babes are 4, 6.5 and 8. I think this summer is the "perfect" time to get CP. I am wondering how much time we will be out of circulation?
If I expose my kids to CP, do I ethically need to quarantine them for 21 days after exposure just in case? I am trying to figure out how to schedule our summer with soccer, swimming lessons and family camping trips. I want to miss as little as usual, do not want to miss school in the fall and do not want to expose those who don't want to/shouldn't be exposed.
Also, what sort of supplementing is recommended for fighting CP? We are traditional foodies so fermented cod liver oil is part of our daily life, but have yet to find a concise list of recommended foods & supplements and doses.
