We bought one of those huge jugs of powdered sodium ascorbate from NOW brand.  I usually take about 1,500-3,000 mg a day.  When feeling an illness coming on, I double or triple that dose.  I recently read that vitamin C isn't nearly as effective as it is when you take a C-Complex at the same time (containing hesperidin and rutin...things I know nothing about).  I felt like the information was credible because it also mentioned things like getting lots of B vitamins in your diet and adding vitamin A to your supplements and lots of other general things I agreed with.  I'm about to purchase some supplements for my daily arsenal and wondering if I should add C complex.

 

Do you take C-Complex?
