Anyone know about adoptions from the Czech Republic?

I am interested in learning about adopting from the Czech Republic.  From the research I have done so far, it looks like it would be a long process, maybe 4-5 years.  But reading about the Romani children there has pulled at my heartstrings and I want to learn more.  If anyone can tell me about adopting from there, adoption agencies that work with American families who want to adopt there, or other info- please share here or PM me.
