Ithappened, sorry you had a rough day and your DS is having a defiant stage.  Hope tomorrow is better.  LOL at running/waddling comment you made. Glad you are running anyway, I am sure running is mind clearing for you. 

Thebyr, thanks!  Those trips sound super fun!  We ate at Gio's pizza too when in Chicago.  Delicious!  And yeah, it would be hard not to guess with the ultrasound pictures!  LOL.  You could possibly drive yourself crazy with them and all the guessing  Then there is always the chance you don't have any clear shots to tell you (but that doesn't stop you from trying to guess!) I know the doctor didn't give us any pictures that you could tell until it was known 100% we wanted to know.  Only then was one provided.  It had arrows on it and basically had to spell it out as I couldn't really read the ultrasound pictures clearly.  For all I knew it was a tiny little arm, elbow, or whatever.  

Thanks Andaluza, you are right, it was surreal.  I know you know the feeling.  Just too awesome.  Hope you are able to eat as much as you want today!
Veritas, I am so sorry!  That really sucks and is so unfair.  That is all so stressful.  I wish I had some advice for you.

Veritas - wow, how incredibly stressful and frustrating for this to happen to you!  So sorry!  Definitely follow through and make a stand for yourself, sounds like you've got a good timeline and documentation to back yourself up.

ithappened - hope your weekend gets better!!

AFM - I'm spending the next 10 days in DC with my brother and SIL who just had their 2nd baby.  My 3 wk old niece is currently sleeping on my chest and I'm just in heaven studying her tiny little features and sounds while I can feel my own little one moving around inside me.  It's amazing to contemplate how a beautiful creature like this is currently "under construction" and I'll soon be holding my own!!

Oh wow, I am jealous! I would love to hold a newborn. Those days go so fast that I can barely remember what that is like. Enjoy DC!

Veritas: I am sorry for the stressful situation. Hopefully you got some good r & r this weekend, and things go smoother on Monday.

ah have fun newmumjoy! one of my friends had a baby a few months ago and I found myself nervous when I held him. It felt like DS was never that small!

Yesterday DH managed to lose his entire wallet and then when I went to the store (stores here only take cash). I went to go to the ATM and it ate my card!!!!! I could not get it back.. AND my credit card expired at the end of Feb so we have no way to get money at the moment.. Its funny and horrible at the same time :)

I have to call the bank(s) on Monday and hope they can send me new cards asap.

OMG ladies, my 2 year old is making me absolutely CRAZY. 

I'm trying to clean for the cleaning ladies and he's following me around, whatever I pick up, and pulling it out and basically making it messier than before. 

The biggest problem is he's so damn cute that I can't get THAT irritated.

Luckily our CSA box came, so we have food for a solid week.
