3/2 - 50 minutes in the gym   elliptical and weights

3/3 - 30 minutes   did a 5k at the school. 

3/6 - 70 minutes at the gym stairs and elliptical

3/7 - 30 minute walk with neighbor

3/8 - 60 minute trail run

3/9 - 40 minutes weights at the gym

3/10 - 40 minute trail run

I'll join!

 

Since I'm just now starting, I'll aim for, oh, 650 minutes this first month.

 

Mostly walking and yoga for me.  I'll go for a walk later today as part of my delicious vacation-y lazy weekend.
