3/7 - 30 minute walk with neighbor

3/9 - 40 minutes weights at the gym

3/10 - 40 minute trail run

3/11 - 75 minute trail run and stretch

3/12 - 50 minutes in the gym lifting weights

3/14 - 45 minute easy run - I actually walked a little...it was a beautiful day!

I'm afraid I'm not going to make it unless I add in non-gym stuff. Since I am new to working out, I really wanted to complete all 1000 at the gym.

I'm noting my other stuff but not adding it just yet. Maybe some extra time will appear in the next few days.

It really is a great workout!   I love working my core but I hate push ups and the plank.   I kept switching hands so I could work one side harder.   !!!!
