3/6 - 70 minutes at the gym stairs and elliptical
3/7 - 30 minute walk with neighbor
3/8 - 60 minute trail run
3/9 - 40 minutes weights at the gym
3/10 - 40 minute trail run
3/11 - 75 minute trail run and stretch
3/12 - 50 minutes in the gym lifting weights
3/13 - 40 minute elliptical
3/14 - 45 minute easy run - I actually walked a little...it was a beautiful day!
3/15 - 45 minute run
3/17 - 45 minutes on the stairs and weights
3/18 - 40 minute stretches
