3/1 - 35 minute run 3/2 - 50 minutes in the gym elliptical and weights 3/3 - 30 minutes did a 5k at the school. 3/6 - 70 minutes at the gym stairs and elliptical 3/7 - 30 minute walk with neighbor 3/8 - 60 minute trail run 3/9 - 40 minutes weights at the gym 3/10 - 40 minute trail run 3/11 - 75 minute trail run and stretch 3/12 - 50 minutes in the gym lifting weights 3/13 - 40 minute elliptical 3/14 - 45 minute easy run - I actually walked a little...it was a beautiful day! 3/15 - 45 minute run 3/17 - 45 minutes on the stairs and weights 3/18 - 40 minute stretches 3/19 - 60 minutes in the gym and the garden 3/20 - 65 minute trail run including about 10 minute stretches before and after 3/22 - 40 minute on the stairs and treadmill 3/23 - 20 minutes on the track walking 3/24 - 45 minutes on the stairs at the gym 3/25 - 75 minute run with hubby 6.5 miles includes long stretches before and after 3/26 - 50 minutes at the gym lifting weights 3/27- 60 minutes hoeing (is that a word) 3/28 - 35 minute run 3/29 - 85 minutes 8 miles and stretching 3/30 - 70 minutes at the gym on the stairs 1300 total

3/31 - 35 min cardio max weight loss

          32 min just dance 3
