I love to eat! I play tennis which keeps me in shape, but i eat a lot as well. For breakfast i eat 2 eggs with toast and oatmeal, but im hungry like an hour later. And it's the same for everything else I've tried.
Is there any drink or specific food that has kept you full for a while?

Sounds like you need more protein and good fats. What are you putting on your toast and oatmeal and what are you cooking your eggs in? Adding coconut oil, an avacado, or nut butter would probably help.
Thanks! I think I'll try oil and an avacado, but I don't like nut butter. BTW, should some milk works?

If it's full fat milk. I know my growing, very active kiddos can eat practically a whole meal every hour on the hour, but if I give them an avacado and some tortilla chips they are full for much longer. And I put coconut oil on everything, esp. for them. It rocks on toast. My sister's family is full of men who run, swim, and bike alot and they eat lots of avacados and bananas and peanut butter and coconut oil, and a couple of them will drink raw goat milk like it's going out of style.
It sounds your sister has a special family full of men.
