Sorry, mamanesta, I gave up on nursing bras entirely. I live in cheap, comfy cotton sports bras that aren't flattering but are practical. Other than that I look for regular bras I can "pop out of" easily for special occasions. I have a 23 month old and am expecting baby #2 in July, so practicality trumps aesthetics in a big way. I hope you find something that works for you and wish I had been more help smile.gif

I have tiny boobs (but not thin either so got the short end of the stick on both counts! lol) but it was really cumbersome for me. The only way I could do it was if I could cross my legs either on the floor or on a sofa and lean over my son. There was NO WAY I could hold him up to my boob for 20 minutes, my arms would just go numb.

I also found the pillows helpful, mine was called "My Brest Friend" it was about $15 from Babies R Us but it was kind of annoying when it was always left in the part of the house where I wasn't. My parents actually had king sized memory foam pillows that have a groove where your head is supposed to go which worked pretty well.

The Yes! nursing bra is a nice option for bigger breasted mamas, so long as you don't mind uniboob. lol http://yesbreastfeeding.com:8080/yesbreastfeeding/sizing_info.jsp;jsessionid=C18F480AC7FB04CAA6328F7E08E6BB5C

As far as nursing bras, I have found Bravado works for me. Albeit, as a 42H, I am in the biggest size they offer. It's the XXXL in the "Original Nursing Bra" style.

I wear that at home or out during the newborn stage. Later on, I switch to a regular bra from Lane Bryant.
