Unvaxed and traveling - Italy

My friend is traveling to Italy with her 3 boys and was just wondering about vaxs - namely MMR.  Her boys are unvaxed - but I guess she is a little worried about it being more prevalent there.

ANyone have any info or can steer me in the right direction....Personally, if it were me, I wouldnt worry.  But she just wanted to research it for her own peace of mind, and bc her relatives are on her about it.

thanks!
