Sorry responding so late! I had my baby shower this weekend so I was totally off line-

I mostly now do drawing and mixed media work. A lot of my work is about placement and displacement, I'm also very interested in ancestry, immigration and how our respective family's experiences continue to effect us in the present.

My husband and I met 10 years ago yesterday! We met at a bar, in college, I was on spring break and a friend of a friend suggested going to this bar that I really didn't like. She wanted to go there because she had seen this cute guy hanging around and wanted to see if he would be there. Unfortunately, the cute regular was my future husband! Toward the end of the night, I walked into the pool room to check where we were in the cue to play. when I did, his best friend (a woman) tried to keep me there till he got back. I thought she was hitting on me, so I politely excused my self. about five minutes later, she walked up to our table and introduced us. We talked for a while and made plans to hang out the in a few days. We walked out together at the end of the night and said good bye, as I ran off to catch up with my friends, I later learned that my husband turned to his best friend and said "That's the girl I'm going to marry!"
(as for the friend of a friend, I did introduce the two of them when he walked up, but I guess she could tell there was some kind of spark and walked away, they had never spoken before either. The next day my friend told her, not to worry about it, because he and I were perfect for each other.)
Sky: I would like to have two kids, but my mom is a twin, and four of my cousins in my generation have had twins, so I might end up with three!
