i have a major problem with craving sweets. as in, i want them all the time. cookies, candy bars, ice cream, you name it. i sort of have always been like this but i seem to remember having more restraint in the past. now it seems like i'm always thinking about it. the rest of my diet is great! i know low fat low protein diets can be bad for this and i definitely have neither. i get my fats from nuts, cheeses, yogurt and my proteins mainly from beans, eggs and an occasional fish meal. i eat all whole wheat products and try to do the natural sweet thing by eating fruit, adding honey to things, etc. It just doesn't cut it! when i see candy, my mouth literally salivates and i have a hard time controlling myself :LOL i can never decide...skittles, peanut butter cups, dove bars...agh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want it all.

I'm here too! If I fall off the wagon and have one sugary thing, then I binge. It's pretty bad.
