A toothpaste remineralizing recipe, please?

My son, 4 yoa has had a chipped tooth since 2yoa after he hit the wall while jumping on my bed, however, just about a week ago I noticed a white spot on this left canine.  I currently use a toothpaste that is natural without flouride and without SLS but I would like to find a recipe for a toothpaste I can make that will remineralize.  It seems that gylcerin coats the teeth and then they are not able to remineralize and the toothpaste he uses contains glycerin.  I am anxious to hear what everyone uses???

This is one I have come across, though haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.
