I usually weigh in first thing in the am, supposedly it's when you weigh the least and lord knows I need *that* motivation.
Yesterday my daughter (6) and I walked down to the highway overpass and raced each other up and down the ramps and across the overpass. Boy are those ramps steep! But it felt good having my heart pumping and knowing I was working off some calories.
My goals this week are more water (I also am a diet soda addict.. I don't think I can completely give it up yet but I am working on lowering my consumption alot) and more exercise. I find unconventional methods of exercise seem to work better for me, I don't get bored and have more motivation.
