Just curious what others are taking? Are they staying in?
I'm taking a MEga Food, whole food one and it's just started making me really nauseous (like I need anything else to trigger vomitting at the moment - ugh)
I'm supposed to take 4 per day, and I'm only getting in 3 right now, and not sure how many are coming back out.
This of course adds to my guilt, since I'm normally very healthy, and eat very well - and haven't been these last few weeks!
I'm not sure if I should switch or not - I like these b/c they are whole foods bases and absorbed better (apparently?) so I may still be getting more benefit from them.
I'll be starting my Diclectin soon, so I guess that may help things stay in anyway.
Just curious how others are doing?
