This year, I've seen about a dozen of my Facebook friends post that they and/or their children have been diagnosed with Influenza A, and each of them mentioned in the same post that they had gotten the flu shot.
I don't know anyone who has had the flu this year who didn't have the flu shot. I know that's just a worthless anecdote, but it is significant to me.
