I am looking for a Doonesbury comic strip that featured a radio interview with a parenting expert author promoting the idea of quality time.  He says something like you only need to spend 15 minutes a day with your kid, it is the quality of the time that is impt.

The radio host asks, "what if your kid needs more than 15 minutes?"

DO you know where I can find a copy of this strip?   It is probably from ~ 20 years ago.  I have tried searching online but I am hoping one of you might have it in a book or something.

Hoping ...

Found it in 40: A Doonesburg Retrospective, p. 218. 2/21/82, if I read the tiny print correctly.
