This is my first time temping.. i just wanted to check- am I doing this right??

Looks fine to me.  Is there a reason you waited to temp instead of starting with CD1?  The more temps you have the better- to see your pattern clearly.

I was waiting for a tea thermometer to come into the closest store...

The last few months i haven't been Oing til 19 or 20 so i hope this will still work for me anyway

Yes you are doing it right. Charting can be confusing but it looks like you are on the right track! One mistake I made in the beginning was not taking my temperature at the same time daily, it makes a big difference in your chart if you temp even an hour or so outside of the regular window.

Thank you for that tip! I have set a default time on my alarm clock for each day, and FF has it as the default time too, so have been very consistent....
The first day was funny tho, I woke up at every hour through the night thinking i had overslept my alarm!! I panicked!
It's become a fun and interesting habit now tho
