With DD i used an adjustable hotsling from newborn to about 4 months when i bought an ergo. I heard so many bad things about the ergo insert that i just by passed it. The hotsling was great and i plan to use both the hotsling and ergo again with this little one!!

I LOVED the Ergo.  I had the moby, which I always found too complicated, and too hot since we live in a very hot climate.  The Ergo was super comfortable and easy to use.

Well, I bought one of those BabySteals Ergo's the other day - I have the organic Desert Bloom color - and the very next day my neighbor gave me a nearly-new Beco.  So, doesn't make sense to keep it (that would make 3 ergo-like carriers for us).  If anyone is interested, I'm selling for what I paid for it - $91.67.  I wish I had waited, but didn't want to miss out on it either - they sold out so fast!
