i see all kinds of contradictory things online about green cookware.
anyone know what's really healthy and what performs well? i'm a serious cook and could probably use professional cookwear, but my H needs non-stick.

I'm loving mine... I've heard *some* contradictory stuff, but so far I tend to think "it can't be worse than Teflon."
I've tried stainless steel and iron cookware, and it's great for some things, but despite doing everything supposedly 'right' I still get stuck-on disasters. So I'm really thankful for the 'green' non-stick coatings. I really, really hope it doesn't come out 10 years down the line that they're even more carcinogenic than what I'm replacing!
