The Breastmilk Truck

I came across an article on "The Breastmilk Truck" today:

I'm generally in favour of raising awareness regarding breastfeeding in general, but I agree with the author and wonder if making a "spectacle" of something that is just normal, natural, and right will help or harm the cause.

What do you all think?
