How's it going?  My dd turned 2 the end of January and loves her nursies.  I limit it though to first thing in the morning, nap, and bedtime (which is what I allowed when I was pg as well).  She looks forward to it.  I've never seen a child so excited for nap time LOL. It's totally manageable and honestly easier for me since it helps get her to sleep.  I can't help but wonder about weaning though since I have tandem nursed before, and weaned the toddler at 2 y 6 mo exactly (tandem nursed him with the dd for 6 mo)...Anyway, I'll probably follow a similar time frame this go around which gives me 4 more months...

I don't think she'll initiate sooner, and that's probably all I'll have the patience for.  I'm not worried about keeping up milk supply, but I wonder how taxing it is to provide the extra milk for her.  FYI - she is super healthy (has never seen a Dr in her life).  She's a BIG girl (tall and SOLID).  Great eater.   I just kinda worry about the extra strain potentially since my body has been pg and/or breastfeeding (plus tandem) for 5 years straight this May.  Should I even worry about it?  We will probably have more children too...
