Shouldn't the mediator's recommendation be in by now? (CA)

I've done mediation a few times before and the report is always in within a week or two after mediation. Today is Saturday, court is Wednesday, and still nothing. Even if it is in on Monday that doesn't give me enough to time to reply and file. Aren't there rules about this? It's giving me a really bad feeling. I definitely felt the worst about this mediator compared to the others.

Anyone? I tried googling rules about how many days before a court a mediator's recommendation has to be in but I didn't find anything. This really doesn't seem right.

I've had it take up to a month. However, my lawyer has also called the mediators office and reminded them that court was coming up and we needed to get it ASAP. That always speeded things up.

I don't believe there are rules about it needing to be in before court, especially if the mediator is very busy and isn't paying attention to court dates. Call the office on Monday and ask them.
