Had a really good work out today and also rode my bike with the new dog all over town......up and down up and down up and down (we have lots of hills here).

Not a low cal day because someone made me a delicious lunch I couldn't pass up.

Lost another lb since Monday, so I'm at 127.8lbs... that's 7 out of 22 lbs I want to loose.   :)   Getting there, slowly but surely.

Good luck tomorrow, ladies!!   Keep it up!!

Yay! Even though I try not to focus on weight, I broke into a new "decade" on the scale, one that I have never seen before without extreme dieting.  Feels good, especially since I am basically eating what I want with no food being off-limits.  Silver lining in the midst of divorce stress.

Thursday

going for a short hike later with kids and dog to watch the pouring rain, low cal day

Today was an easy going gym day...only 15 minutes on the elliptical and a good 45 minutes of stretching. Will probably dance tango for several hours tonight, so that'll be some good cardio.

Friday:  Run/walk intervals for 30 minutes... but, really unmotivated.  Granted, the weather was really warm and the gym super stuffy.

I think I'm pushing myself too much (running too fast and/or for too long) because I am reaching that overall physical exhaustion point I typically feel when I push myself too much.

This weekend was a bust, at least exercise wise.  I had an amazing weekend, but there was no exercise involved in laying on the beach all day or fishing for 6 hours.  Probably needed the downtime anyway.

I totally fell off the wagon through the weekend and yesterday........we had a house party on Saturday and it all went downhill from there.  I haven't touched the gym since last week.  However, I have exercised in other ways (hiking, kayaking, bike riding).   But I feel really guilty about gorging in grilled goodies and birthday cakes .....mmmmm......   :)  Will try to straighten up today and work out tomorrow.

I'm chasing the wagon as well, Lorena.  :(  I was overly full and planning to go for a run.  Then it started sprinkling and i ate a bunch of chocolate instead.   Eating my feelings again...

Tuesday

no workout, high cal day

ETA:  Couldn't stand the way that old behavior felt.  Went for a 3 mi jog in the wet and feel better, but I still have a tummyache!

Hi.  I am a working mom and looking to begin staying home when my second child is born in September.  I have come upon a fantastic opportunity to make great money and thought it would be great to share it with others.  In order to stay at home, my husband told me I would have to make this business work so that I could financially be able to stay home.  I have been involved in a health and wellness company part time and so far I have made very decent money, just in the last couple of months. Personally, I am totally sold on the product itself and it has worked many health miracles for myself and many others I have shared it with. Also, this company offers a Weight Management Pak that has proven extremely effective! My sister is one of its success stories!  If you are interested in sharing this incredible product with others, you may visit http://zealforlifechallenge.com and watch the video and read the unbelievable testimonies. You can also message me at my blog, http://zealyourbestblog.blogspot.com or to join my team or purchase this product, you can sign up at my website, http://zealyourbest.com.  I will be glad to explain all the details with anyone who is interested.....
I am very excited that I was introduced to this company.  It is going bless me with my dream of staying home with my babies!!!

another no workout, high calorie day

In fairness to me, I had to wait by the phone all day for an emergency issue.  Then I took the kids out to dinner to break some bad news.

Tomorrow I am hoping to get a grip.

Must have been something about this week, Sren, because I also have not worked out all week!  AND, my eating habits have been ridiculously yucky.  '

It happens sometimes and I am sure we will both get back on the wagon very soon.

Been MIA.  Too many end of semester things due!  Then I'm off to Mexico, back for 1 week, and then off to the Bahamas.  Exercise at the gym has not happened for a while.  Have been exercising outside with the new dog.
