Friday: Run/walk intervals for 30 minutes... but, really unmotivated. Granted, the weather was really warm and the gym super stuffy.
I think I'm pushing myself too much (running too fast and/or for too long) because I am reaching that overall physical exhaustion point I typically feel when I push myself too much.
This weekend was a bust, at least exercise wise. I had an amazing weekend, but there was no exercise involved in laying on the beach all day or fishing for 6 hours. Probably needed the downtime anyway.
