Me too! I love my husband who does more household chores than I do! I really am lucky. My realm is the kitchen, I cook, bake and clean. But he really does almost everything else. I also work a 9-5 Monday through Friday and his schedule is much more flexible.

I LOVE fish and chips. Or Friday night "fish fries" as we say in Wisconsin. Preferably beer battered walleye, fries and coleslaw. Yum!

oooh I HAD to reply to this one! Me too! I LOVE fish and chips! There's a place up on the New Hampshire seacoast we go to in the summer that has hands down the best fried haddock I have ever tasted in my entire life. It's called Petey's if anyone is ever up that way! 

Let's see... I love... mint chip ice cream. Could really go for some right about now.

Mmmm.  Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream.  I don't usually like mint, but that is certainly an exception.

I love dogs too!  Mostly big dogs, but there are a few small dog breeds I like.  SO and I take Lady to the dog park a lot and we just love watching the dogs play together.  :)

I'm the oldest child in my family.

I am too.  My only brother is two years younger.

really? that is awesome!  My DH has flown, but hates traveling by plane... absolutely hates it...

Aha... I hate traveling by plane!  I'm not afraid; statistically, it's way safer than driving. But I hate being stuck in a oblong box, squashed next to other people, with germy air recirculating; I always get sick after plane trips. Plus, all of the security in airports makes me feel like I must be guilty of something.

Ok, maybe this one is TMI, but.. I never shave any part of my body. This was actually a process for me. I sometimes shaved my legs & armpits as a teenager, because that's what "everyone else did", and because I had partners who thought not shaving was "gross". Well in my early 20's, I came to the conclusion that a) there is absolutely no logical, rational or hygenic reason why women are "supposed" to shave, b) if someone is really going to reject me or think I'm "gross" for not making a totally unnecessary modification to my body, they are probably not the right person for me to be in a relationship with anyway, and c) I kinda like being a little fuzzy. I've not shaved since!

Neither can I.  I have to shave or I'd look like Robin Williams.  Seriously.  There's nothing "a little fuzzy" about my body hair situation.  It's thick, and black.  And there's a lot of it!

Me neither! And I had a chance to go THIS WEEK for a work conference, but I declined and decided to stay home knowing I would be terribly uncomfortable - and not entirely thrilled with the thought of Mickey Mouse delivering my preterm baby!

I love Scully and Mulder! I missed out in the 90s and just started watching it on Netflix. I totally dig it!

I love this show, too!  My brother and I used to watch it religiously!  I should check it out on netflix.  That will be a perfect postpartum TV show to indulge in when I am up at weird hours and don't have the energy to do anything else but veg and nurse bebe. :)

We moved every two years when I was a kid, and apparently I have it ingrained in me that we won't be somewhere very long!!!

I absolutely love baking for my family and friends. :)

I Love X-files, have been on a plane 2x and will never go on one again, and have never been to any of the Disney land/worlds..LOL

Jynx, I love baking some days! The only thing I will bake for every one else is my spiced pumpkin bread cause hands down every one adores it.

I have big feet too, size 10 women's. I'm thrilled they didn't grow during pregnancy as far as I can tell.

I love garage/yard sales! I'm pumped they are starting up already!

oh yes! one reason i'm so excited to drive again is yard sales! i love hunting for things. when i find great stuff, it stays in my head forever--like that i paid $1 each for three 1930s velvet dresses at a yard sale in minnesota :) i really love thrifting, too. i did a huge thrifting spree with my mom when i went to california for xmas--this baby has a lot of adorable clothes, some of which were only like 30 cents!

i read tarot :) i took a class on divination as part of my phd with one of my professors who is a hoodoo practitioner... we were doing it more as 'divination for writers' (phd creative writing), but it was really fun and i still keep a tarot diary and try to do a daily card and short readings once in awhile. i have a bunch of decks--i use paulina most of the time. i've asked about the labor/birth--i got the lovers, chariot, and ace of pentacles--i thought that was nice.

I use to play with this tarot card game on the pc. It had this sexy looking lady all done up in what you would expect reading the interpetations after you picked the card.

Probably not the same. This was in around 1996. I think it may have been high technology being on a CD as opposed to a floppy. Can't remember. LOL

However, I am the SAME way about thrifting and yard sales! LOVE THEM!

I rarely, if ever drink alcohol and I use to love it.

I started to drink and over the course of a year clubbing 2-3 x a month built up the alcohol tolerance of an alcoholic. I realized I had a problem one night when I did fourteen Jager Bombs (Jagermeister and Redbull) and was still walking. Barely walking...but even in my drunkeness it dawned on me - this ain't normal.

That was the last time I went out drinking (not to mention at $7 a shot....) and the most I have had since then was a couple wine coolers 1x, and a couple sips of wine at Passover or Tabernacles.
