Which teas are safe to drink?

I should know this by now, seeing as this is baby #4, but which teas are safe to drink during pregnancy?  I was drinking cranberry and raspberry leaf without really thinking, but then remembered having read that some herbal teas, not caffinated, are not necessarily safe during pregnancy...Love my tea at night...but I tend to just buy tea bags from the store...would love any feedback!  Hope everyone is doing well...I am SO thrilled to have reached 27 weeks...ready for time to move  and to get closer to June and meeting this little guy!!!

I know that raspberry leaf is good for pregnant women. Can't say I know much about cranberry leaf, but I've never heard anything specific saying it is unsafe. Here's a link that has some info on herbs...

I think that mothering has a whole message board somewhere on tea during pregnancy. I noticed it in passing the other day...do a search for it?

There's a topic on this board somewhere about raspberry leaf tea, and it mentions other herbs as well, and preparations for them. You might try there.

Don't know how helpful I'm being, but there you go. :)

RRL is great for you :)  I drink a variety of herbal teas- catnip (tastes awful- but calms my sore muscles), chamomile(sleep), rose hip (awesome source of vitamin C), mullion (good for respiratory issues), dandelion (helps with my gallbladder and liver issues),  hmmm.  there is more- I just can't think of them and am too tired to look.  Most of the boxed teas by like say Lipton are just flavored that way- Traditional Medicinals are the actual herb/leaf.

I drink the Traditional Medicinal Pregnancy Tea. I love it; it tastes delicious. My only problem with it is the cost. Does anyone know of a way to get it wholesale?

I order in bulk from frontier.  Well frontier from UNFI.  a pound bag is like $9...  super cheap.  But if you want to stick with Traditional Medicinals- I order the Mothers MIlk by the box from UNFI (maybe you get AZUR?)- or maybe Amazon or something like that.  But yeah just at the store is super expensive.
