best formula to supplement my low supply??

I know. I know. It sucks...no judgement needed. I've been through all the hoops and am at 12 weeks...my baby needs more than I can supply.

Just wondering if anyone has researched which is the "purest" of organic formulas. Any other useful information?

 I have no advice on formula, but a friend of mine exclusively fed her last baby donor milk from about 6 weeks on. I'm not sure if that's something you are interested in or if you've already explored that option but I thought I'd throw it out there. Good luck with your search. It sucks, but sometimes we can do everything right and still not have things go according to plan.

Visit the Dr Sears website. He doesn't recommend a specific brand, but he does explain all the ingredients in formula, so you can decide for yourself after reading labels. I'm using Earths Best.

I make my own from goat milk, I'd use donor milk if my baby didn't have so many allergies

I'd be happy to walk you through how to approach milk sharing (i.e. receiving donor milk) and where to go to get involved if you are interested!! That is what we are doing to supplement our 5 month old baby girl, and it is SO WONDERFUL.  We supplemented with Baby's Only Organic formula for the first 3 1/2 months, but at 3 months began to work in shared breastmilk in addition to my milk and the formula, and she was on a 100% breastmilk diet well before her 4 month birthday.  For our needs, I felt that Baby's Only was best, and if you'd like more info on that please feel free to message me (I am a new site member so apparently I can't send personal messages). I see that this thread was a few months ago so you may have already sorted all of this out, but I am happy to help if you're interested!
