Hey all, anyone want to join me in trying to develop some good exercise and/or eating habits? I'm still up 6 lbs from pregnancy (hey, I only gained 22) but I also have another 20 I'd really like to lose. I hate looking in the mirror these days! (And, man do I hate that c-section shelf!!!!!!!). Anyone else ready to start making a change?
