Hey all! I need to get back into the meal planning mindset so here I am! It really helps me to get it all written down at least somewhere (that isn't going to get lost...) and to see all the other ideas is sooo helpful. I've just got a few things planned out for the next week. DD is home for spring break and I only want to do one small grocery shopping trip with all the kids! But I will add on as I get there!
4/4 Eggs w/ Salsa, cornbread and salad
4/5 Homemade mac & cheese, salad
4/7 Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, veg
4/8 Easter--aka big lunch at DH's grandparents' with lots of leftovers for dinner
4/9 English Muffin Pizza
Technically, this is in no specific order and I probably won't eat the meals in this order. But its good to have a road map.
