Visiting Fort Walton next month...need suggestions

We will be staying in Fort Walton next month for a week.  I'd love some suggestions on restaurants, things to do with a 3.5 yr old and anything else that might be helpful!  We'll be staying in a condo on the beach.  Are there any health food stores close by or should I pack our staples?  Farmers Markets?  My daughter only drinks So Delicious coconut milk - anyone know if a local store sells it?
