on and off diarrhea and mucousy stools 8wk old

My daughter is 8wks old and around 4-5wks old had some watery stools with a tiny bit of sandy stuff in them? Then i stopped eating nuts and they went away. I also stopped dairy and gluten before this. She had normal stools for a while (but not much for seeds). Then earlier this week she had some blood in a mucousy stool. Her ped wasnt to concerened because she is gaining well, happy, and it ws only one with blood. Now she had some watery stools again i didnt have any nuts but did have crackers with flaxseed? Today she has a really mucousy nose, you can hear it when she breathes and she chokes and gags on it a bit. I dont think she is sick i think she is reacting to something i ate, could food allergies give her the stuffy, mucousy nose? Any advise would be great, thank you!

How is she doing now?  And yes, food sensitivities could make her stuffed up.

She is doing good now, she still has runny stools alot. But i have kept food logs and cut out different foods and nothing seemed to match up. She is almost 5 months now hasnt had anymore blood in her stools. Sometimes she goes days without going and when she goes they are still watery pretty watery. I just recently added some cheese in my diet and her stools have actually been a little thicker. Thanks for asking, any ideas for me i would loved to hear!

I had to eliminate dairy, soy, corn, and gluten before all of my DD's symptoms cleared up.

5 months old and now she is having thick stools! almost too thick, but normal ones imbetween and they are only super thick when she goes 3-4 days with no poo

My guy started to have stools the consistency of peanut butter around 5 months old. I asked around at the time, and it was pretty common for exclusively breastfed babies that age. It turned out to be a phase.
