I am reading this new book called "The Maker's Diet". It is excellant and have some great info on diets in general...over all health...not like losing weight diets, although that can be a perk.... It doesn't suggest not eating meat which was a real draw for me..because I have to have my meat..hehe The author has pretty much cured himself from Crohns disease....he also talks about cancer, cholesterol, fats, dairy...etc....

his name is Jordan Ruban...he is a naturopath.
