Woo-hoo nosreves!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you and your DP! This is wonderful news! You are not being insensitive by sharing it.
( thats all i got for now) .... BUT AGAIN I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY for you!!!!!!!
Today was a mess.. i went to get the blood work that had to be done by 730 am.. and i get to lab and there was no order for the lab.. so luckily DP was off today and was able to go pick up my kids I nanny for since I was stuck at the lab.. then had to go back at 945 for my U/S.. ... I am on last day of Clomid and then today I started the Menapur injections.. Tonight was my first time giving myself a shot... Clomid was 100 mg for days 3-7 and now 2 vials * not sure of exact dosage* of the menapur... I have to go in for daily blood draws to know how much med to take each day... So far I am doing ok.. My U/s showed my lining at 8,9 today wohooooo..and my 3 days labs all showed excellent #'s... They RE was really pleased with all that!!
We are looking at possible insem on the 16th.. Phew that was a mouthful :) Im glad your DP and I are super cycle buddies together! FX for both of us
Ok now Ive never been able to figure out how to post a lot of veggies.. anyone have any insider tips?
Thats all for now:)
Nos: Congratulations again :) You and DP must be over the moon!!
Gelly: I'm sorry about the bfn. Did you get your second beta yet?
darth: Is it ok if I call you darth? Or do you prefer tuna? Or queen? ;) Uh oh, sorry to hear about the 'mechanical problems' - that must have been disappointing (for everyone). Hopefully DP didn't O already! Btw, whereabouts in Port Moody did you move? DD and I were out visiting a friend that just bought a house in College Park and it's such a lovely area - amazing views of the inlet and the mountains!
Hi mtnlisa! Welcome to the 2WW! I hope to join you soon!
Cananny: Sounds like your day turned out great! Hooray for good test results :)
Afm: I'm somewhere between CD13 and CD16 with a high on the monitor this morning! I wondered if I was getting close because I was getting mild achy cramps last night. I usually get 3 days of high before a peak and then O the day after the peak (but sometimes the day of the peak). So, I'm guessing I'll O sometime between Thursday and Saturday. Going to contact KD today and get him on stand-by!
Carmen, you can call me whatever you want. DTQ, Tuna, Fish, Darth, whatever. :D I went by Allison for so so so long my entire life, never being called Alli, and then DW started calling me Alli, and now EVERYONE calls me Alli. Including people who have never met DW (like co-workers!). As long as there's no finger snapping and "NUUUUURRRSSSEEEE", we're all good. And we're right in Newport village. PoMo seems to be where all the Vancouverites are migrating to, since Vancouver is so $$$$$$ now. We'll be 3 blocks from the new Evergreen line station, we're within walking distance of the community centre, Thriftys, IGA, coffee, Library, etc etc etc, so it's perfect. And there's TONS of kids in our building (it's all young families or seniors, who seem to LOVE all the kids and I keep hearing that the kids will go and hang out with them sometimes, which I think is amazing). Are you gonna go to the queer family day in the summer? We've never been, I'd love to go, but we don't have tiny humans yet so I feel kinda like I'm crashing the party... We can borrow kids, that's never an issue. ;)
Can we be moved to TWW please?
We're not finished our insem cycle yet, since DW's temperature refuses to budge above 97.2, so it doesn't look like we've missed our window. Funny twist of fate though: KD is going back to school at a university close-ish to our house (SFU), and he lives downtown. Well, he's moving out of his current place because his roommate is a passive aggressive jerk, so he's probably going to move closer to us!! Yay!!! :D Which means we can STILL do fresh insems with frozen swimmers (unless they'll let us use his sperm, because we've been at this for awhile).
Questions about counts:
65 million with 63% motility is awesome, right? We're awaiting morphology currently....
to all you lovely, fabulous, supportive women out there, merci bien and thank you *so* *very* *much*. you sure do know how to make a gal feel special and cared about. DP and i have been incredibly touched by your words and by all those boogieing bananas and broccoli, too. you rock, and i feel so lucky to be among you
I'm so excited for you two Nosreves... this is the best news I have gotten in the past few weeks. If your parenting skills are any reflection of how you and DP have worked so hard to get those two little beautiful lines, then you guys are going to be awesome parents. I am totally smiling with glee from bed resting and healing from Labrynthitis.
I am so excited..excited...excited..Didn't I mention I was excited?
Stick little bean stick.
