Well, since it has been 7 years since I've had a baby, I don't have much from the first time around. Things at the top of my list:
just bought a maya ring sling (super excited about this as last time I never had a sling)
bought a medela pump in style on craigslist for $50-- what a deal! I used a pump in style the first time, and it was awesome.
king bed
cloth diaper stash
rocking chair
Some of the things I had with baby #1 I don't think I'll bother with this time, like bouncer, play pen, baby bath, hooded towels, 1,000 receiving blankets. I do think the swing was useful, so might look for one on craigslist.
