I can't help you.  I just ate a huge cookie from the coffee shop myself.  If you eat some spinach or something it totally cancels out the effects of the candy.  I read that somewhere.  mischievous.gif

LOL!!!  Sorry wish I could come and help, but I'm too busy over here trying to destroy (eat) the evidence of this week's bad bad shopping trip (oreos, mini eggs, haagen daz) before DH returns from his trip!  yummy.gif

I'm too busy consuming all the leaven in the house. *stuffs mouth with oreos and bread*

I think I ate 2-3 lbs yesterday of chocolate.. I actually got a headache from it all by evening. It didn't help yesterday was a super stressful day and I sort of just binged on it all as a way to deal with it eyesroll.gif

The day before yesterday I ate half a pint of chocolate almond frozen custard.  I'm a little irritated at my husband for encouraging me to eat more because now I can't stop.  Cannot.  Stop.  Is it bad to eat ice cream for breakfast?

I just ate doughnuts for breakfast.  Now I have a headache.  And a few weeks ago, my ladies night got cancelled, so my husband and I rented two movies, and bought 4 pkgs of candies- peanut m&m's, sour patch kids, hot tamales, and skittles.  I ate nearly the entire large bag of peanut m&m's, and snacked on all the others.  Surprisingly enough, I felt fine!

LilyTiger

- Isn't it like drinking a glass a milk?  Lots of people have milk with breakfast.

You know, Greek yogurt is a great breakfast food... and Ben & Jerry's just happens to make a few frozen flavors. I recommend raspberry fudge chunk!

See that is an excellent recommendation since it has your chocolate group (antioxidants) and fruit group for raspberries (more antioxidants!)

I found if I eat too much carbs or sugar I tend to get really bad headaches which follow...

that happens to me sometimes too, but mostly if it's pretty much pure sugar - like fruit juice or jelly beans. if there's fat and/or protein too, i do ok.

I bought Green frozen yogurt and caramelized nuts so I could feed my sweet tooth (which is hugenormous, as my son would say) while getting some nutrition, but I end up eating the "nurititous" sweets AND the empty-calorie jellybeans etc. And unlike pretty much everything else, there are NO unwanted side effects to eating candy, for me. Other than major weight gain, I spose ... apparently that's not much of a deterrent. eyesroll.gif

p.s. I second the recommendation of Ben & Jerry's raspberry fudge Greek yogurt ... SO GOOD.

p.p.s. and now I want doughnuts.

I've been dying for a Dove solid milk chocolate rabbit...I looked and there were none at the store, only Cadbury Creme Eggs (blech).  I even dreamed of Dove solid chocolate rabbits, in my dream I bought a dark and milk chocolate bunny.  I want Easter candy!  I swear I almost took out B's little sister as she was munching on her Robin's Eggs Easter morning.  I'm pretty sure it is beyond unacceptable to take out a 10 year old for candy, even if you are pregnant.

Ive been eating junk food here for just about every meal.. long work hours and no exercise plus lots of 'crap' food.. Im really looking forward to less work hours.. doing 14-15 hours a day is really exhausting me.. I actually miss salads right now and fresh fruit.

if I see delivery chinese or pizza one more time, I might lose it.

I do love chocolate though, I am finding if someone puts sugar in front of me lately, even if Im not hungry, I cannot control myself.. its really odd.. I literally eat it until it I feel sick

Ithappened, I do the same thing at different points, especially in the beginning of the pregnancy. I'd eat so much candy that I'd not only feel nauseously sick but also began coming down with a cold, thankfully though I keep food grade DE on hand and took a couple heaping tablespoons in some juice, napped and it killed the cold and I was back to feeling better... the only downside here is then I feel like I'm free to do it again later in the evening eyesroll.gif
