I especially like the first affirmation. People have been driving me crazy since I hit 39 weeks about when the baby was coming. I am really at peace with baby coming when its ready.  Sooo much different from my first pregnancy when I had absolutely no patience and everyday over 40 weeks was torture. I'm 40 weeks today and feel like I could easily go another week or even longer if baby needs to :)

Thanks for this link.  Did you see the blogger highlighted by mothering on fb today?

My favorite affirmation from the OP's link is this one:

“I am not only going to Birth Without Fear for myself, but for all the women who have birthed WITH fear. I will birth with POWER to give women after me hope and strength to pull from. Birth is safe…as safe as life can be…and I will trust in it and bring this baby into this world with confidence, love and courage.”

When I birth, I will try to keep my grandmother present in my mind and heart.  She birthed 8 babies during the time of "twilight sleep" and thinking about that makes laboring in my own home feel like such a privilege.
