Trying not to be discouraged that the scale is not reflecting progress because I know I have lost body fat (got the calipers done). I also have lost inches 2 in the waist, 1 in the hips and 1/4 in the arms. I can run 10  minutes straight with a short break and then another 8 minutes when before I could only do 90 seconds.

Neither better nor worse. Spent the week sick in bed. TRY TRY AGAIN.

147.5 this morning. I'm a little shocked that it's still going down, though I guess I'm not eating much because of the nausea. (it's just that what I have been eating is tons of carbs)

189.4 this morning. I want the numbers to move down.  I'm hoping for another challenge after this one too!

Go Red!

Ugh. My first truly bad week in 2 rounds of this challenge. I am up two pounds after yesterday's birthday party. 198 this morning.

163.6 again. I am disappointed because last time I weighed myself I was under 163. Sigh
post #210 of 276
196.3

... And was 193 on Friday morning of course! I have logged 13 hours of exercise in the last 18 days though! I'm looking different, more fit. I feel different too. And some people have made comments that I look slimmer and fitter. I did take measurements in early April. Was thinking of waiting two months to remeasure and compare. so early June. I'm super discourage about my weight just going up and down. I'm trying to stay positive and stick with it. I can't give up! I want to be healthy!

Aaaargh. I am stuck. Actually, I am back up to 167. I need to seriously shake things up.

147.1 this week. Sorry so late.. its been one of those days...

Quite embarrassed I am back at 210.5.  The race knocked my immune system and I had a horrible cold.  Four of my toes are in rough shape (I think I may lose one nail),   Being sick should encourage me to eat super healthy but it doesn't.  So poor food chooses and reduced exercise caused a 3.5 lbs gain.   I got some serious exercise in today.  Hopefully it will be better next week but considering I am going on the road, my optimism is limited.  I am not throwing in the towel.  I can lose weight.

today was 238.6, better than last week.  Go red team!

Oh and PNCTINK has pulled out.

187 still. I'm really glad that I haven't gained any weight as I have finally reintroduced grains into my diet.

I gained during the first challenge, dispite working pretty hard at it, so I am glad my work is paying off a bit.  I just hope I can keep the forward momentum going because I still have a LOT more to go.  When I started at 220, I had about 90# to loose, so I am currently working towards 175, which is my official 1/2 way point.
