Breastmilk Ice Cream

I really have no idea what area to post this in. Excuse me if this is the wrong section...

Anyway,

We are going to attempt to make breast milk ice cream. Has anyone tried this before? Do I use sugar? Breast milk seems a lot sweeter than cows milk....I'm thinking we may skip it?

I haven't made bm ice cream, but regularly make goat's milk ice cream, which is very close.  I use sugar, but I tend to cut back a bit from a regular recipe's amount.  Taste as you go.

I made it! And I used just a touch of honey from a recipe I found and real vanilla bean, it was wonderful!
One thing is most recipes I have call for a lot of whole cream and really not that much milk. There are milk fat calculators out there to help you adust e recipe to work out with changing around the various fat percentages. I had a ton of milk from having to not breatfeed my twins for 36 hours in the 4th month and used that, I let it sit in the frig for a day first and all the cream came to the top. So I used that and not all of the rest so I ended up with a super high fat content, it was dreamy.
