Do we know the members of each team yet?
I think I started the week off not too bad. Smoothies for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and low-fat dinners. Except for a day which my hubby invited me to have lunch at a chinese buffett...I felt guilty afterwards. 30 mins of exercise on Tuesday, and I'll go for a power walk this evening with DD. I hope to stay motivated to work out for the next 3 days, I'm already feeling exhausted from work!

I need to have a talk with him about being supportive, not a diet threat, lol! And so far, I've just exercised once this week...but the week isn't over yet, so i hope to squeeze in a work out today and tomorrow.
