What browsers and operating systems are you both using?

I'm using Windows XP and Windows Explorer.

I just tried my husband's machine (Windows 2007, Explorer) and it works there. So the problem must be XP. How odd, my last thread's only weeks ago.

Internet Explorer and Windows 7. I'll try a different browser and let you know if that works.
