Urgh.. I am joining this thread. I am five weeks, and the mop bucket/toilet is my new best friend.
I have ordered Sea Bands, and waiting on them to come.
Things that are working for me right now?
1) Lemongrass and Ginger tea (apparently it helps balance your yin and yang which can be thrown off in pregnancy and morning sickness)
2) "Breakfast Biscuits"- just plain old wheat biscuits that I chomp on constantly
3) Plain Bland cereal with cold milk. I have been eating Wheat Bix.. Not sure if these are avail in USA.. But things like chereos seem to work too.
4) Staying out of the kitchen, away from DH meals and when nausea hits I think about drinking cold milk.. It seems to stop me from vomitting???
