I'm strugling with asthma and thyroid problems so I got tested for food allergies few times to see if that may be a cause, always comes back negative. But... I just tried to start the milk fast in footsteps of this blogger:

Well, I didn't go through one day even. After few glasses I was bloated, had diarhea and generally felt terrible. I was really suprised because I don't have these symptoms if I drink the milk normally with other foods. Somehow on empty stomach it was terrible. Does it mean I have dairy sensitivity? I only drink raw milk and some cheese an milk kefir.

 

Also, if I end up avoiding dairy all together, what are the best TF sources of dairy. It would really be sad to give up butter!
