So.....I am done pouting! I am done spending every second trying to figure out how to will this baby out. I am going to make the most of getting my body and such ready for baby vs dwelling on when baby comes. Anyone that wants to join me in ramping up life and health for when baby debuts, let's write it down. Below is my plan to break the funk-
1- Gym time 5 days this week, between now and Sat, doing bike time and upper body weights
2- Gallon of water daily, including four glass RRL tea
3- take all vitamins and supps daily
4- buy a new kindle book and try to get through it before baby comes
5- schedule a prenatal massage for this week
6- cut all sugar back out, back to old diet, and get 3 servings minimum fresh veggies daily
7- get my kids out for some quality fun time, even if it means hiring our sitter extra to help me since my leg won't let me chase kids
8- go back to the chiro 3x this week even though it doesn't help my hip it helps every thing else.
9- Nap every single time my kids do
10- listen to hypnobabies positive stuff
11- get eyebrow wax
That is my plan for the week to super charge myself back up and get my body primed for baby. I am now ready for a week of making myself feel better vs worse.
Anyone else want to make a list for the week of things to do other than wonder why the hell this baby won't come out?
