dd is consistently fascinated with water and sand and plays with it whenever she gets the chance. she tried different things, testing out the strength of the sand in different configurations, seeing how different things dry when mixed up on different substances like wood, plastic, water, making things float and sink at different angles - like putting an inclined plane in a bucket of water and making things balance on it .... lots and lots of things.
How do I translate this to "science" to include in our annual report? can you give me some scientific principles that i can mention ...
