How to clean the gap between the oven and the cabinets?

My oven is about an inch away from the cabinets beside it. All kinds of crumbs and drips get in there, and because it's such a tight space I can't get in there with anything! My hand won't even fit. I don't care if it's spotless, but it really needs to be cleaned. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Rag on a stick.

More specifically, a rag made of something thin but thirsty, like a tee shirt or underwear, attached to a yardstick.  Or a very stiff dowel.

Ah, or, you can move your oven out and really clean it once a quarter or so.

Thanks! I definitely can't move it by myself, so maybe I'll get DH to move it for me every few months...but rag on a stick works for me!

My pleasure!  If the mess is super-sticky I recommend boiling water and some lemon, or vinegar on said rag on said stick.  Good luck!

I pull the oven out.  I am also on the look out for those gap covering thingies to put between the oven and the counter....
