Nanny info in Frederick area

Does anyone know about or use a part-time nanny in the Frederick area?  I am interested in having someone one or two days a week, but I don't have the foggiest idea where to start, how to find, and what to pay.

Any information or leads are appreciated.

If you are on facebook, look up "mombook" and you can ask there.. there should be a lot of responses. I know of someone, but I'm positive she is a nanny anymore. I'll direct her to this thread. :)
